Founded in 1996, Fluteboard Group is now a well established manufacturer of customised reusable / multi-trip packaging produced from corrugated plastic.
Our factory is located forty five minutes drive north of the capital city, Wellington. We are centrally situated for the New Zealand market and have close access to an international airport and seaport.
The company is widely acknowledged as a manufacturer of innovative products for a variety of industries and our manufacturing plant incorporates the latest Micro-processor controlled Ultra-sonic Welding Machinery. All facets of production are completed in-house, including computer generated design, screen printing and die cutting. Our engineers have designed special machinery to fabricate Fluteboard Sheet into durable materials handling and packaging products.
Our products are extremely versatile and cost effective, lightweight, strong and durable - ideal for wet goods. They are also reusable, stackable and collapsible.
Fluteboard Sheet and Product is totally recyclable, and our Company has state of the art granulating equipment on site, that turns scrap into a form that can be remanufactured into industrial sheet products.
